BSCLchat is the e-mail chat list for discussion of issues in the Barcroft neighborhood of Arlington, Va. We are a neighborhood of about 800 families in South Arlington. We hold monthly meetings in our historic one-room-school/church built by community nearly 100 years ago. It is now owned by our civic association, the Barcroft School and Civic League. The list is open only to neighborhood residents. BSCLchat list must not be used for chain e-mails or spam, or for advertising outside of neighbor-to-neighbor type services. Posts must not be vulgar, obscene, libelous or hateful toward any group, race, or ethnicity.
